The Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development officially released China's first zero carbon building industry standard yesterday, which clearly requires the full implementation of carbon emission quotas for newly built public buildings starting from 2025 and expanding to residential projects by 2027. The new regulations will promote the large-scale application of technologies such as Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) and ground source heat pumps.
Zhuotong Construction has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSA18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and is a 3A credit rating enterprise. The company covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a 2,000-square-meter modern scientific research office building and 26,000-square-meter modern production workshops. It currently has more than 100 employees, among whom professional and technical personnel with senior titles account for more than 30% of the total number of employees.
